KeyNote

Title: 150 is the New 40 - is Colorado middle aged?

Growth is slowing - globally, nationally, and here in Colorado. Falling births, slowing migration, and aging populations are trends that have been emerging across many countries and states that will continue to have an impact on everything from housing to local economies and job markets. Age catches up to all of us, and while the 150 year old Colorado continues to be the younger sibling to much of the United States (both in terms of being admitted to the United States, and its residents), its growth is beginning to reflect that increasing maturity. Come learn about how that trajectory has changed over time, and what we might expect for the future of the Centennial State.
